Terms of Service

By accessing courses.getmaterials.in (“GetCourses”), you agree to these Terms. GetCourses is operated by GetMaterials. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GetCourses uses your GetMaterials account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Teachers and admins may have additional tools and responsibilities.

Free courses may be enrolled without payment. Paid courses require successful payment through Razorpay before enrollment is confirmed. Enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access to watch lessons for the course, subject to these Terms.

Course titles, syllabi, pricing, and availability may change. We may remove or update courses when needed (for example, policy or rights issues).

Paid checkouts are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected course.

Digital course access is generally non-refundable once enrollment is granted, except where required by law or where we determine a payment error, duplicate charge, or technical failure prevented access. Contact getmaterials.in@gmail.com for billing help.

Teachers who publish courses represent that they own or have rights to the materials they upload (videos, thumbnails, text). By uploading, teachers grant GetMaterials a license to host, stream, and display that content on GetCourses. Teachers must not upload infringing, illegal, or harmful material. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Lesson videos are licensed for personal learning only. You may not download (except where we provide an official download), redistribute, re-upload, record, or commercially exploit course videos. Playback may use short-lived signed URLs and other protections.

If a course offers a completion certificate, it is issued based on progress rules on the platform (for example, completing lessons). Certificates confirm participation on GetCourses and are not an accredited academic degree or government certification unless explicitly stated.

You may not attempt to bypass paywalls or video protections, scrape the service, harass others, upload malware, or use GetCourses for illegal purposes. Violations may result in suspension without refund where appropriate.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes may be highlighted on the site.
